Are they allowed to send this scam ads to my cellphone? Aren't there enough of this as it is? I haven't registrated my phone number anywhere where they can send me scam messages. How annoying! Has anyone else got any messages from this number?

I received this text saying that I had been approved for a $1000 cash loan and when I went to the site credit300.com it transferred me to a completely different site that just wanted my personal information and it wasn't for a loan.
