2013-05-19 14:55:48I recently noticed a charge on my daughter's phone line that a charge of $9.99 is being charged for the past 10 months. She never received any text messages allowing her to stop these services and not sure how it got activates too. I somehow overlooked the charges since I get electorinc statements. Sprint has credited for the past two months and has promised to look into providing more credit. Is there a way we can file a Class action lawsuit against such unscrupulous vendors? Consumers should have protection in such cases for atleast 2-3 years.
