Got the same code 3923. So its bs..

I have replied back three times to stop this. They haven't stop sending me text message. i also called their call center and ask them to stop sending text message. I still get text messages, and charged on a monthly basis for this. The SMS center said they will mail me the check for money removed for these sms. But I yet to get anything from them.
