my wife tried this a couple weeks ago and they took a bunch of info and she was told she would get a voucher in the mail. I tried today. again info was asked for but this time i was told my state doesnt allow for them to send me a voucher. Going to call and tell them i want a supervisor and company name.

On Tuesday, September 20th I sent a stop request, which was acknowledged. A second charge for $9.99 appeared on my October cell phone bill. Credo Customer Service sent me to this web site.
