charged my phone 9.99

empty smss

Complete message reads, "19548408984@asapnotification.com / / Your JPMorgan Prepaid card has been locked. Call now: 1-954-840-8984 to re-activate your card" I completely ignored the text until today when i went through my messages. Figured it was a scam due to me not having a JP Morgan acct. This is the third time i have recieved this same text, but concerning a different financial company name.

Please inform me of what is going on with this. I dont have a credit of any kind at this time.
