I was unable to reply with "stop" to cancel, very frustrated.
"Stop" only got a reply that "I wasn't subscribed"... can't do all upper case... AT&T refuses to do anything about it... two spam messages tonight.
Well it said the stop worked.. we'll see on my next bill... and how in the world do they get our #'s I know I dont go putting mine everywhere... wth...
Text STOP and the said I unsubscribed then got 2 more the next night. Text STOP again and said the same thing. I HATE THIS CRAP!!!
the phone number listed above is an automated recording trying to "sell" you a work-from-home business kit. just left a message and cussed them out and told them to remove my number. How is this even legal? How is this any different than using someone else's credit card?they are gaining funds without permission or even knowledge of it happening. this number, and another (779-10), have been beating me up all week with messages at night when most people are sleeping.
They sent me two messages at 5:00 this morning and I texted stop, and it said I unsubscribed. I didn't knowingly subscribe to anything. I haven't gotten another text yet, but it's only been a few hours.
Got three messages in the middle of the night. Deleted all three without reading them. We'll see what shows up on my bill.
They automatically subscribed and charged my account $9.99/mo.
Try calling your cellphone service provider to add a block and if possible a pin number for these subscription texts. This worked for me.
Go to the FCC website and file a cmplaint against this number:

the $9.99 charge magically appeared on my bill. Thank goodness for AT&T. They credited my bill, and put a block on the phone so that these automatic charges cannot show up any longer
company mblox told me they only manage the service for mobile media/bullroarer. They have had many complaints on bullroarer. Call mblox at 408 617 3761 and voice your complaint about their client bullroarer who owns the code 31850. If they get enough complaints, maybe we can make them stop doing business with this unethical company
This type of advertisement is not legal, unless you sign up for a previous program that sells your number to this "advertisement company". There are three options. Option one; contact your network provider, for example AT&T or verision. They will make sure your number is protected. Option two; send the word "STOP" in capitals from said number that charged you. Option three; track the company that sold your number. I have found out that "weight watchers", a company to help you manage and loose weight, has been doing this to "help" you more. This is in direct violation of there terms of agreement. I hope this helps you.
Got the bill in last night and saw the charge. Texted stop and it said i wasn't subscribed. Called att and they blocked the charge for me and refunded the account. Almost blamed my kid for the charge until I looked it up here.
Talked with AT&T, they said to forward the text to 7726, this allerts AT&T that it is a malicious and unsolicited text and that should take care of it in the future. Hope that helps.
I get them also, so here is what I do. When they are sent to my home (almost 3 a day) I just put them back in the return enpoleve and return it back to them (in their return enpoleve) some time it work and some time it doesn't. the ones that keep returning (I shred) Now as for as my email, I just put a block on who sent them (I spam them) this doe work, but a few might get through every now and then (as the company use different domain name and email address) But I just keep marking them as spam mail. (they will get tired after awhile) from not getting any hits to their sites.
