THIS IS A BIG JOKE! RCVD VIA EMAIL USING A CLOSE FRIEND'S NAME. SAYING THAT SHE SNET ME PICS VIA FLICKER. ASKED FOR MY CELLPHONE TO RECEIVE ACCESS CODE, ONLY TO FIND OUT IT IS CHARGING MY ACCOUNT. I CALLED MY CARRIER TO DISPUTE THIS IF EVER IT GETS CHARGED

Won't know if I've been charged until my next bill, but I didn't even have to type in my cell phone, I clicked a button to see the "pics" and the program somehow retrieved my phone number through my email address. A minute later I received a text message that said I was going to be charged for the text package plan. I replied with "STOP" to opt out and then received a text message that said I won't receive any FURTHER charges, so I may be stuck paying the first month anyway.

It use my close friends name to send me the E-mail say with pictures. And asked the phone number for access code. When I put in the code, it send me text for charge the 1 text/mo for $9.99. I send the "stop" to opt out but no reply.

I do not want to be charged 9.99 for anything period!!!!!!!!!!!!

Received 3 messages on Aug 22 notifying 9.95 charge. These came the Monday after I signed up for GPS, so didn't realize they were for another "service" Sent stop on Aug 28 and got 2 opted out messages immediately.

I received 3 msgs in 1 day...I sent STOP & had response within few seconds..

Web site link didn't work for "Terms and conditions". STOP may have worked.

Message says go to pkgtxt.com, but a logon screen comes up. Call number is 888-588-3033. Maybe a call campaign to run up their 800 charges would help! AT&T credited this with no problem, except the wasted time to deal with it.

This is such a scam, what can I do to stop this
