I was talking to a representative on April 27, 2011. She said she would send me a cheque for $15.00 which was added to my Rogers cell phone bill, but being stupid I did not get a timeline or any kind of verification. I feel I may never get a refund! I tried calling back a number of times since yesterday, and now all that is there a voice mail, and they won't return my call.
Frustation in Canada. Please stop these crooks

I don't believe in horoscopes and would never have agreed to any text msg from such a place. I don't accept or send text msgs to #'s because I don't know if they are legit or not.

My wife and father both have got $15 charges from this company. Both have cell phones with Rogers. Rogers wont refund the money and neither of them know how they got these texts. I dont get how this is legal? If they got $15 off 2 of my family members they must be making millions with this scam. I assume they did $15 because its easy to get away with it. Im sure lots of people dont notice the extra $15 and just pay it. Where as $100 a text would be noticable. Someone needs to step in and resolve these scams.

Had block put on phone....still being charged 29.99 per month!!!!
