I never signed up for this I was getting text and read that if I sent stop I would not be charged. ALL I DID WAS TEXT STOP AND WAS CHARGED 9.99 I EXPECT A REFUND NOW!!

I had to call sprint to have them block this application I did not subscribe to it! that just pisses me off

Called verizon to stop all premium messaging..this is a huge scam!!...and mi amigos has been charging us for months! Outrageous! Verizon Wireless should be pissed, to0, But NOT!

we never subscribed but keep getting charged 9.99 through AT&T.

These jerks started charging me $9.99/month, which raised my cell phone bill by $12-$13/month. I didn't notice for 4 months, and when I called Verizon, they refused to refund my money, and only offered to block it in the future.

Yes they have been charging me for 4 months only on the account vzw was giving us a rebate of Guess how much! 9.99 so i didn't notice... these guys are bad ! vzw did refund 1 month and blocked all accounts

once u submit you cell number, u are automatically charged...and there is not a SOLID way to track who really have submitted you number online. These premium text messaging services are legit businesses are telcos also receive a part of what these companies earn.

i have experience being subscribe to this, and some other premium texts without me really subscribing to it. I call the toll free number and left a VM...and agent f

from Premium SMS services respond to me and called me back and offered to refund the charges. And I have received my refund check from them. the refund guys are third party billers who process refunds for these prem text messaging providers. they are there because they know there would be issues like this.

it really sucks to be a victim, but good thing they offer refunds...no questions ask.

Verizon is the culprit here. They act as if mine is the only complaint and because its a 3rd party charge there is nothing they can do. I think it calls for a class action suit against both companies. I did get a call back from the company and they promised to send a check. We'll see. In the meantime there's many people who won't bother to ask for a refund and the moneys stolen I'm sure add up to millions.

Told them I did not want it and received a text saying I would not be charged. When I received my bill I was charged $9.99. Called Verizon and they told me to send a text to #62182 saying STOP. Did that. We'll see if it comes off.

I was charged once before, called Sprint and the charges were dropped. Just got the new bill and there is the charge yet again. This is bull.

Called Sprint; 3rd time to block these guys? Why is there not a petition started? Wish I had the time to do one myself... 6 months*2 phones = ~$120.00 worse rape of my life from a business I did not do business with. Sprint refunded me 2 months this time and recommended that I cancel any premium content. In other words don't use your car if you don't want to be in a wreck. Poor logic/ Sprint did not care... they get there 3K from my five cell phones. Ridiculous. How do I start a We Amigo business?
