They sent a message to say I was opted into draw for £500 free Tesco vouchers for £4.50 per week and opt out send stop but it is not a free text - who knows how much they will charge and I don't want to send this ***** company a bean...
After entering a free comp I was asked for my phone number. I then received a text saying I had to pay £4-50 a week but to text stop if I wanted to. I text stop 3 times and each time the text could not be sent. Ie-mailed saying stop but the e-mail could not be sent.
they are stopping £4.50per week without my consent
Please i would Appreciate with Great understanding.. if you could stop texting or delete my number..
Rang them and also text stop to no avail.
I too have been charged £9.00 plus from this scam. I have text STOP to this number and have had a confirmation to say I have unsubscribed. I will wait to find out if this has worked. I am so angry that this has been allowed to happen and nobody seems to be able to put a stop to this theft. Not even the provider 'Vodafone' say 'We can not help mam'.
This is absolutely appalling. I have been receiving these text messages since July but didn't cotton on until this morning. Just thought I was using up a lot of credit!! However, on Saturday I received 3 in the space of several seconds. £1.50 for each text sent is deducted from my phone. I rang Vodaphone as I am on pay as you talk and they have now barred these messages. Vodaphone also told me I had to send the STOP text to 65488, but it would not go through.
I have been getting these for some time; didn't know how to stop but didn't realise it was costing me money.
I have no idea why Mojibo have been sending me texts and I have no idea who they are!!!! When I first received a message I added it to scam numbers because it costs to reply to stop them and it doesn't work. I have just received my bill from 3 and it should be £6.90 but it's £25.69. How can I make them stop texting me please help.
I contacted my network 3 because Mobijo had charged me £18 for texts. 3 rang Mobijo and I spoke with them and this was listened in by the 3 advisor. I told Mobijo they were a scam company and that I had reported the company for scam and also they had been reported on Watchdog. The woman from Mobijo tried to tell me I had entered a competition and I told her no way and no way I was having this. After me telling her I had reported the company she said they would send me a cheque for £18 which is the cost of the texts. She also said they had deleted my number. What I would suggest is you contact your network supplier and explain the situation to them and if they are as sympathetic as 3 network they will contact the scam company on your behalf. Tell Mobijo you have reported them to Wa
been receiving texts and charged at £1.25 for months. Tried texting stop
the short code sent me three on 14/11/2014 and another two messages on 21/11/2014, which caused 7.5 pounds loss in my account.Sending "STOP" failed. How can I block all such numbers. Really terrified by such rubbish money-sucking numbers!
