I just received a charge on my Tmobile bill for 9.99 from Dnwlow.com. I have no clue who they are. I did get a credit for the charge from Tmobile with no problem and they disabled something for me to help stop this from happening again.
I got text n verizon charged me 9.99 for it n told me I had to pay it n try to get my money from dnwlow they also told me they were unafiliated with the ppkl sending text but it was through verizon when the text came through.All I want to know is how I need to get my money back and from whom I need to get it from!!!!!! I am very upset about this!!
What a friggin scam .. Verizon should not pass on charges from mickey mouse BS scammers like this. Some annoying turds are getting rich off of this scam.
I don't know yet if I will get a refund. But I had to call 7 different no. to get to talk to a real Indian person who told me I had been cancelled. I told her, I didn't beleive her cause she already ripped me off. So then she offered to send me a refund. But!!in the mean time my husband and I nearly got divorced, cuz he blamed all this on me.
this is a joke.. showed up on my sons bill,he is 12. 9.99 for nothing. the woman at sendme was very nice.. sending a refund check.. all a waiting game now. t-mobile applied a credit and put a block on all 3 of our lines..
did not catch the text until I got the bill. Called my service provider and they immediately removed the charge.
They charged me twice $9.99 on 9/17 and 10/17 despite I deleted the message without seeing.
People, do you really think that getting angry your service provider and threating them with a lawsuit will help? I laugh at the people who call telling me that they will take me to court over a $9.99 charge. Just call your provider and have this service remove and block.
Cindy I have been getting the same charges. I called to have it stopped and get a refund, not a problem. I asked to have my account password protected and they said its not possible. Want me to pay $4.99 an month to do it. How can I protect my phone??
I am getting charged now a 2nd month $9.99 for these trivia stuff I have no Idea about ,one message stated I renewed at 04:10 AM, How can this be since I am asleep until 6 AM. I cannot afford someone charging direct to my bill is there any T-Mobil solutions out there, I tried blocking it did not work, Any help to stop these thieves? Why text stop directly to this number to get more screwed, I will not try as I did not subscribe.
This number initiated a text to my daughter's phone, which signed her up for 9.99/month, even though she sent STOP immediately after receiving the text. I had to contact my provider (Verizon) - they reversed the charges and filed a complaint.
Received this text 3 times...once the last three months...was billed at 9.99 each time...third time cancelled...not sure if it truly cancelled it...put a block on my phone not to receive Premium texting.
Found this on my bill. No explanation as to how it got there. No refund or help from Verizon, already charged for next month's bill. One hold with the "company" now for the last 20 minutes.
I noticed my phone bill was charged an additional $9.99 each month for a few months now, so I investigated and found out it was a premium sms charge from 76363 also known as dnwlow.com; I couldn't reply STOP because I never heard of them and never sent/received any messages from that short code number, and without my authorization or consent they still charged me multiple times. I'm going to call 877-373-6363 demanding my number to be erased from their system and a refund for those past months bogus charges before farther investigating this scam.
I want my money refunded.
I did not sign up for the suscription.
