I am with Yoigo, I did not ask, nor contract anything with this company but have been charged over 70 euros for this service. I called yoigo and had it stopped. I also emailed info@datatalk.es with the phone number and said to stop all data services from this phone. The company operating this scam is called Downupload Limited. 797979 Operator DataTalk holder Communications Ltd., PO Box 88, 28230, Madrid.

After going to the YOIGO shop who werent interested, i contacted YOIGO who werent interested, i saw Steve in Spain's note about emailing Datatalk and did so today, i got an automated message back within seconds, stating,
If you wish to cancel some service and you have provided your mobile number your request will be processed within a maximum of 24 hours. (excluding weekends and holidays to be done on the first working day thereafter), and will answer your mail within days.
Hopefully this will work...fngers crossed...theyve taken nearly 90 euro from me now
