Clearly a scam if you check the DNS records. BestBuy.com looks like a professional website should with Technical and Administrative contacts, phone numbers and email addresses.
BestBuyWin.net however has DNS records that don't look anything like this. They aren't in the same state, hide their contact email address and give a only a fax number to contact.
