Never heard of this!!!!

Called Tmobile. They said there was indeed a 9.99 charge to my bill from this third party company. Supposedly they reversed it. I never knowingly signed up or authorized them to charge me anything. Beware these companies. What they are doing is not illegal. Always check your bill.

This is BS! I never signed up for anything! I called lovegenietip's customer service and the guy was helpful in getting me my refund and "subscription" canceled.

Must be some sort of scam. I dont trust repy to stop. I will check with Tmobile and see how they could sign me up and charge me.

I texted STOP and I assumed it worked since I got a reply saying that I have unsubscribed. I've checked their website and it shows the same number as the one on the text to call for a refund. There is NO Customer Service number. I called and spoke to a rep for a refund. She refuses to give me any info on the company or any other contact number. Their website claims that they are not responsible for any charges even though you claim that you did not sign up for their service. I'm gonna try to find a way to shut their operation down.

Got 3 msgs in a row from this # stating I had joined & $9.99/m for 3msg/wk will be billed to cell & on the third msg sent a Flirting Tip, How. Nice. : I called T-Mobile, they said the text & charges were NOT showing up YET but would put a block (which is Free) to avoid those types of charges & if it does show up on my bill to call & they would credit it. I do not give out my cell# to ANY businesses - once YOU give them your # for whatever purpose they can solicit to that # even if your # is on the DNC list (until you tell them DNC, err I guess that would be DNC Again if already on DNC list). The only place I can GUESS (and that's all it is - a Guess) they may have gotten my cell# from Facebook as it's viewable to Friends Only & on occasion Facebook Friends get hacked. I changed my FB set

What a scam. Said I signed up at 7:00 pm today when my phone was off!! Report to your state Attorney General's office.

I called AT&T after getting this message - there was indeed a pending charge, which AT&T is now reversing. FYI - AT&T customers can forward any such texts to them at 7726 (according to the service rep, they are pro-active about shutting down some of these scams)

I called T-mobile and they said that the charge would appear on their bill and they stopped it for me. I asked what connection T-mobile had with this annoying billed text and the rep said none. Then I asked to speak to her supervisor and he said he wasn't sure how much $ T-mobile made but said he was sure they made something. I am making an official complaint to disapprove of their policy to scam their customers. Fax letters to their customer service at 813-351-4100. Of course they are not high tech enough to use email - why make it easy for the customer to complain - and yes I will complain about that too. Got three texts right in a row from them. Checked with AT&T and sure enough I was charged $9.99. I was given no explanation as to why we were charged. All they could tell me is that it's perfectly legal for them to do that. They actually tried to blame me for it, saying I probably saw one of those commercials on TV and then entered the four digit code to allow them to charge me. I agree with Tippytoes...I hope they die a horrible horrible death.
