i have tryed sending stop over 9 times now and it wont how can i stop it!

Ring 0845 2250750, then type in your phone number as requested, press option 1 to unsubscribe and you will receive a free text confirming this. My brother in law is a whizz with computers and found this out for me :o)

Wasnt sure if STOP would work, but i went online and this worked:http://play4prizes.me/customer-help/. filled out a form and received a text after 2 days saying i was unsubscribed.

5 psms texts reveived at 19.02 on 28 Oct 2012 at a total cost of £4.70. I do not know the name of the company involved.

How do I stop these messages? It's theft!

They are fraud...

I was asked to complete a quick online survey for a technical website that I was visiting which said that once completed you would be entered into a free prize draw for a chance to win an iphone or ipad.

At no point did it say that I was signing up to anything or would be charged and the first time it mentioned the company name of Play4prizes was when I recieved a text on my phone.

This message said that I had joined Play4Prizes at a charge of £4.50 a week until I sent a text saying 'stop' to 88990.

I sent a text STOP and received another text saying that I will not receive any 'further charges' which, to me, suggests that I have already been charged.

These two actions have generated a total of seven texts from this company so far.

No the STOP did not work neither did 08450343932-SP

I have been charged for this message I never received

It stopped texts coming in from them but also everyone else.

Company is fraud action should be taken against them

please send them email at help@play4prizes.me ASAP otherwise they will charge you much more money.

I am afraid to top up my phone because they kept sending me message to top up to receive.Kindly help out.
