We got similar unsolicited messages. A user on our computer tried to get to a TV Shop on-line video they had missed and were required to take an IQ Test (unfortunately appropriate) which brought up a ridiculously simple test. After taking the test, the site required you to enter your email address and "accept all conditions." Unfortunately, the user did and never did get access to the TV show video. Subsequently, we started getting messages on our cell phone, that, unfortunately (since we don't use it except to read notes from our kids), we ignored until I looked up the "caller ID" on line. I did text STOP finally after apparently being charged monthly since April or May (now August). Verizon kindly refunded two months billing. This is the message we got:
