Please talk to your cell phone provider about blocking this number and getting the charges removed. I am not sure how their company practices are legal or how they receive your cell phone number but either way, this is ridiculous.

And now I have a 9.99 charge on my cell phone bill! I don't even know how they got my cell phone number to begin with!! Everything everyone else wrote sounds the same.

This has got to be a scam since nobody seemed to actually subscribe to this. They cannot legally charge you if you didn't agree to the charges so why do they imply that they can? I think they want people to text "STOP" to somehow verify that the phone is in use. I'm not giving them the satisfaction.

Why can't computer hackers attack companys like this? Do the world some good and crash there systems

Received a message saying I had subscribed (which I did not), got an "inspirational" message, but I replied STOP and received a confirmation message saying I will not receive any more, and so far I haven't. Will call my carrier to report and remove any charges from this scam.

These crooks are still at it! I just got this text today while my phone was on charge and I was in another room! I called Sprint about it and after some delay got them to block the number and delete the 9.99 charge that they had ALREADY fraudulently billed me for!

14 years in I.T. - I know I didn't sign up for this. Already billed. Called my carrier and they refunded the charge, blocked them and also blocked all short codes.

Was charged $9.99 Alltel would not refund the charge because it was a "third party charge".

I am forming a class action for sprint users who were affected by this scam.

Same story as described above. I just ignored it and they charged me. I didn't notice the charges until the phone bill came a few weeks later.

Repling stop does not work! They will continue to charge you $9.99 a month. Contact your carrier to remove and block them.

Sprint disavows any responsibility for the inclusion of the charge of $9.99 per month for Inspiracell. This is a scam. It should be stopped.

Stop did not work for me they still had a charge on my bill but my carrier removed it. The Customer Service number they had in the txt was just a busy signal. But I had my carrier block all text like this from my cell.

That sucks that Alltel would not take off the charges as they use to be good with credits, well until Verizon bought them in my area. Sprint was very helpful to me by reversing the charge and blocking these 3rd party unsolicited text from my phone. She stated she needed to make sure I send a stop txt back to the number and then issued the credit.

please stop all text messages. Receive a charge on cell phone bill from inspiracell that I did not make. This kind of unauthorized use of phones should be punishable by law of a prison sentence.

I never replied to anything and don't use texts anyway, but since I hardly look at my cellphone bill which is auto-paid, it took me four months to notice the useless $9.99 charge every month! Fortunately AT&T did credit one past, the current and one future charge from my bill, so this scam only cost me $19.98... but THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL! How can this kind of thing happen without any authorization at all?? Now all "subscription" charges are blocked on my phone, but how could I have known it could possibly happen?
