I got 3 txt msgs that looked like it came from the same source that scammed me about a year ago (see txt msgs below). At that time, I called AT&T to alert/complain and got a partial refund. The charges stopped, but now it's starting all over again. I did not want to act on any of the three current txt msg's recommendations, because my past experience seemed to suggest that the scammer was in control... not me, not U.S.law, not AT&T, and I shouldn't trust this scammer to act in good faith!

I went to the mobizoids.com website, hit HELP and called the Toll Free 888-890-6150 number. I talked to "Migy" who said she was in "Asia" (very ambiguous area). She tried hard to get my ph#, but I refused. Instead I tried to get the ph# of the entity contracting her to be a call center and OMG, no luck

My 2 daughters got 2 txt messages and also they Did not reply to any of them. Called my wireless provider and there was already a $9.99/mo charge on my wireless bill.

when I texted stop to the given number it said I was not subscribed. I called AT&T to tell them it was not an authorized charge. they blocked it and refunded me the 9.99$ and then put a PIN on my phone to prevent any unauthorized charges in the future. I then called the number above and a woman with an accent possibly Indian Middle Eastern etc. states she will remove me from the list and gave me a FAX NUMBER TO SEND A COPY OF MY BILL TO she states she will need my address and will MAIL ME A REFUND. I said ok and thank you and hung up. I did not fax them anything because of fax spam and the check thing made me think of bank scams. so I would work with your carrier in order to resolve this. those people making these charges are scammers big time. I had no problems with AT&T. I hope no one el

My father who does not do any texting got dupped somehow into subscribing to this thing. We had AT&T do a purchase blocker to stop it. We still had to eat the charge though. Totally unfair. I pay for his and my mother's bill, we are on a family plan, and had to pay 29.99 for this.

AT&T said I must have replied saying I wanted to subscribe and that 99% of these are user error. I deleted the message without opening. How did that authorize this? AT&T... /sigh

AT&T gets 30% of all these charges. That's why they let the scammers continue.

After seeing the bogus charge, I looked up the website—http://www.mblox.com. It looked suspicious, so I immediately called AT&T to have the unauthorized subscription removed. No issues with AT&T at all. They immediately refunded the full amount of $9.99 and put a parental block on the phone for free to prevent further unauthorized transactions.

$9.99 charge on my phone bill, plus a charge from ATT for the text msg. ATT gets $$ for every text RECEIVED!

At no point have i ever, in anyway, contacted this IQ company. This activity is illegal, and I have complained at IC3.gov.
