Is this from Russian, or Nigerian scammers?

When I checked the site I was directed here. I am really tired of all the scammers trying to take advantage of hardworking, law abiding citizens!

Asked for my full date of birth to claim my gift card with a link to www.BestBuyRewards.mobi. I am assuming I would get some sort of virus or something if I click on the link. Which I didn't. I have no knowledge of any gift cards being bought for me for Best Buy. SPAM

I just recieved a text message from BestBuyRewards.mobi tonight and sent a reply message.(STOP).

I just recieved a text message tonight from BestBuyRewards.mobi tonight saying that I have yet to claim my third place prize.Please enter your four digit birth year at BestBuyRewards.mobi.But after going to BestBuyRewards.mobi and finding out that it is nothing but a scam.Which I think sucks by the way.What I would like to know is how can someone do this kind of thing to so many people and keep getting away with it for so long wihtout getting caught.I think something defintly needs to be done about this soon.Because this kind of thing is not right and fair to do to people.It is wrongfull and unjust.Sincerly HEATHER11
